ACE Promotional Flyers📣 Invite Your Customers to ACE! One of the best ways to maximize your investment at ACE is to invite your customers to attend the show! The more operators on the show floor, the more opportunities you'll have to strengthen relationships, introduce new products, and grow your business. To help make it easy, we've created ACE promotional flyers that you can share with your customers. Two versions are available:
Each flyer highlights the benefits of attending ACE and includes operator registration information, making it easy for your customers to learn more and register. Whether you email the flyer, include it with deliveries, hand it out during sales calls, or display it in your showroom, every invitation helps build a stronger show—and creates more opportunities for your company. 💡 Pro Tip Personal invitations are the most effective! Before sharing the flyer, consider adding a brief note such as: "Be sure to stop by and visit us at Booth #___ during ACE 2026. We'd love to see you!" It's a simple touch that encourages your customers not only to attend ACE, but to make your booth part of their show plan. ACE Buying ShowBE PART OF THE ACE BUYING SHOW! ACE 2026 is renewing its focus on creating a true Buying Show experience, and we’re encouraging operators to come ready to buy! OFFER AN ACE SHOW DEAL Give operators another reason to visit your booth with a show-only offer such as special pricing, rebates, free product, equipment incentives, new product promotions, freight discounts, bundles, or other value-added programs. No need to tell ACE what your deal is—just let us know you’re participating! FLY THE FLAG! 🚩 Participating exhibitors will receive a 7' ACE Show Deal Falcon Flag to fly above their booth and special recognition in the official ACE Show Book, making it easy for operators to find you. What’s Included with Your Booth
Each booth includes:
- One (1) 110v, 5-amp electrical drop (see Electrical & AV page for additional power needs)
- Pipe and drape (8’ back wall, 3’ side walls in navy blue & white)
- Folding chairs
- Company ID sign
- 2 complimentary registrations per booth (sponsors may receive additional registrations)
The exhibit hall is fully carpeted, so additional flooring is not required.
The hotel will provide complimentary folding chairs located throughout the ballroom and hallways for exhibitor use. If you need assistance locating chairs, please see onsite CTD staff.

ACE Policies & Terms of Contract
By registering online, by mail, or via fax, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the ACE Attendee Code of Conduct, Exhibitor Contract Conditions, Sample Control/Bag Policy, and Exhibitor Booth Breakdown Policy, all of which are included in the Exhibitor Agreement.
Early dismantling BEFORE the end of the show (1pm Saturday) will result in a $1,000 fine.
Exhibitor Payment Details
Early Bird payments are due March 31, 2026 or higher price prevails. Final booth payment must be made by August 31, 2026. For cancellations on or before August 31, 2026, all but $50 will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2026. All booths not fully paid for by August 31, 2026 will be FORFEITED back into booth inventory - no exceptions.
All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 10, 2026.
