ACE 2020 Plans Are Underway!

                 
The ACE committee is excited that plans for the upcoming meeting are in full swing! The health and safety of our attendees is at the top of our list as we work to put together another great show. 

Music brings harmony to the world and brings people together.  Something that Karen Harlow, ACE 2020's Chair, believes we could all use now more than ever! Our theme for the 2020 Atlantic Coast Exposition ROCK OF ACEs provides attendees with the opportunity to network and let their hair down.  So pack your bags and head to the beach - we look forward to seeing you there!

Exhibitor Booth Pricing
Kensington Ballroom (10x10, 8x10)
$1275 per booth + $375 Required Association Fee
Ex: 1 booth = $1,650, 2 booths = $2,925

Hall Booths (6x10)
$1000 per booth +
$375 Required Association Fee
Ex: 1 booth = $1,375, 2 booths = $2,375

Room Rental (Pembroke, Winchester, Oxford, Eton)
$4700 + $375 Required Association Fee

What You Get
Two complimentary registrations for each booth purchased. The rate for additional registrations in excess of the complimentary allotment is $25 for exhibitors/guests and $10 for minors (2-12 years). Companies sponsoring at ACE 2020 may be eligible for additional complimentary registrations. Please contact the ACE office at (919) 387-1221 or info@atlanticcoastexpo.com, if you have questions regarding sponsorship.

One 110v electrical drop per booth is INCLUDED in booth pricing.

Payment Details
Early Bird payment due March 31 or higher price prevails. Final booth payment must be made by July 1, 2020. For cancellations on or before July 15, 2020, all but $50/booth will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2020. All booths not fully paid for by July 15, 2020 will be FORFEITED back into 2020 booth inventory - no exceptions.

Early dismantling BEFORE the end of the how will result in a $1,000 fine. All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 10.

Included In Your Booth
One electrical drop (110v) is also included with each booth, Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls in Navy Blue and White) and an ID sign with your company's name.  The hotel will have folding chairs available throughout the ballroom and the hallways for exhibitors to use in their booths. If you have any difficulty locating chairs, please alert CTD staff who will be on site setting up for the show. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth.

Tables, trash cans, freight, and cleaning services can all be ordered, for a fee, through Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD).
