Included in Your Booth

What’s Included with Your Booth

Each booth includes:

  • One (1) 110v, 5-amp electrical drop (see Electrical & AV page for additional power needs)
  • Pipe and drape (8’ back wall, 3’ side walls in navy blue & white)
  • Folding chairs
  • Company ID sign
  • 2 complimentary registrations per booth (sponsors may receive additional registrations)

The exhibit hall is fully carpeted, so additional flooring is not required.

The hotel will provide complimentary folding chairs located throughout the ballroom and hallways for exhibitor use. If you need assistance locating chairs, please see onsite CTD staff.

ACE Policies & Terms of Contract

By registering online, by mail, or via fax, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the ACE Attendee Code of Conduct, Exhibitor Contract Conditions, Sample Control/Bag Policy, and Exhibitor Booth Breakdown Policy, all of which are included in the Exhibitor Agreement.

Early dismantling BEFORE the end of the show (1pm Saturday) will result in a $1,000 fine.

Exhibitor Payment Details

Early Bird payments are due March 31, 2026 or higher price prevails. Final booth payment must be made by August 31, 2026. For cancellations on or before August 31, 2026, all but $50 will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2026. All booths not fully paid for by August 31, 2026 will be FORFEITED back into booth inventory - no exceptions.

All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 10, 2026.
