Hurricane Milton UPDATE: As of 2 PM ET on Monday, the forecast indicates that Hurricane Milton is not expected to impact Myrtle Beach, other than some rain. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any changes. We're pleased to confirm that the ACE Show will proceed as scheduled. Our registration will remain open throughout the week, and we happily accept on-site registrations for your convenience. While the venue is not anticipated to be in the storm's path, we understand that some of you may be directly affected by the hurricane. Exhibitor Booth Fees

Included In Your Booth
One electrical drop (110v, 5amp) is also included with each booth, Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls in Navy Blue and White) and an ID sign with your company's name. The hotel will have folding chairs available throughout the ballroom and the hallways for exhibitors to use in their booths. If you have any difficulty locating chairs, please alert CTD staff who will be on site setting up for the show. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth.
With each booth rental, you'll receive two complimentary registrations, The rate for additional registrations in excess of the complimentary allotment is $25 for exhibitors/guests and $10 for minors (2-12 years).
Companies sponsoring at ACE 2024 may be eligible for additional complimentary registrations. Please contact the ACE office at (919) 387-1221 or info@atlanticcoastexpo.com, if you have questions regarding sponsorship. Click here for printable sponsor levels.Tables, trash cans, freight, additional electrical drops & higher amps, and cleaning services can all be ordered, for a fee, through Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD).

Exhibitor Payment Details Early Bird payments are due April 30, 2024 or higher price prevails. Final booth payment must be made by August 31, 2024. For cancellations on or before August 31, 2024, all but $50 will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2024. All booths not fully paid for by August 31, 2024 will be FORFEITED back into booth inventory - no exceptions. Early
dismantling BEFORE the end of the show (1pm Saturday) will result in a $1,000 fine. |
